Stop Smoking
Renew Hypnotherapy offers a comprehensive Stop Smoking package which is available to use at home, (see Stop Smoking DIY kit £25) but also offers a 'one to one' package, cost £100. This service is very similar to that offered in the DIY kit in that the booklet and second track of the C.D. are provided, but differs slightly in the main session. The difference is that your smoking history is taken into account and your personal smoking habits are considered as part of the therapy.
Whether you would prefer the stop smoking DIY kit or a 'one to one' session is a matter of personal choice but the approach is basically the same with the emphasis being on re-education, motivation and positive suggestion. This method is a highly effective way of stopping smoking. If you find that success is short-lived or that the compulsion to smoke seems to 'move' to something else, for example over-eating, it may be that your smoking behaviour was being driven by a psychological need. In this case, help is still available, but the approach taken to resolve the issue is very different.
In these circumstances the approach taken would involve an exploration of your past in order to find and release the 'driver' behind the behaviour. This therapy usually involves a number of sessions, however, if you are open to the process, the benefits can be permanent and far-reaching.

Comprehensive Stop Smoking DIY kit
Renew Hypnotherapy offers a comprehensive 'DIY kit' which you can use at home, in your own time and at your own pace. The kit includes a booklet and two-part C.D. which combined, assist you through acquiring the necessary motivation, to making the initial transition, to maintaining your resolve and staying a non-smoker.
This 'DIY kit' is available at a cost of £25 and can be obtained by sending a cheque payable to Renew Hypnotherapy, at 14 Cross Street, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 7BL. (Recommended)
‘One to One’ Consultation
Alternatively, we offer a ‘one to one’ consultation at a cost of £100 which lasts between 1.5 hours and 2 hours. The DIY kit booklet and part two of the C.D. mentioned above are given to clients free of charge when attending a ‘one to one’ session.
However, we would recommend purchasing the DIY kit in the first instance as the booklet can be read, and the first track on the C.D. can be listened to, as often as you wish before making the decision to stop smoking.
