One to One Consultation
Whether you want to stop smoking, lose weight, manage stress, or resolve issues from your past which are negatively impacting on your present, Renew Hypnotherapy offers therapy through 'one to one' sessions at a cost of £50 per hour, (this fee will differ if you wish to 'stop smoking' using our one off 'one to one' session).
Our present is continually being affected by our past and any negative effects can hinder us in a myriad of different ways, from unhelpful behaviour patterns, to a lack of confidence or self-esteem. Hypnotherapy can assist you in 'rooting out' the cause of your discomfort allowing a healing to take place, and can further assist you in building new positive responses and resources from which you can draw in the future. If you are reluctant to revisit your past, other treatment options may be available which may lead you to understand why you behave/feel as you do without the 'threat' of confrontation.
A free, no obligation, 20 minute consultation is offered prior to commencement of 'one to one' therapy to discuss your symptoms and what you want therapy to achieve for you. This also offers an opportunity for us to meet prior to a commitment to therapy being made.
